Tides Bar and Grill was established in 2007 know back then as simply 108. By 2009 it was known mainly for its Greek cuisine but totally evolved as Tides with the purchase by Tony and Rochelle Halstead in 2010. Fast forward 16 years under the Halstead family it is now proudly owned by Rocky and Jeeva with the same menu favorites and a Sri Lankan twist.
With more than 30 years of culinary experience across Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, chef Rocky has built a reputation for bold flavors and a deep love for food.Together with his wife Jeeva they first brought that passion to life when they opened Rocky's cafe & restaurant a cosy spot that quickly became a local favorite.
Their dedication didn't go unnoticed the cafe earned two notable awards:

Our Head Chef
In 2023 Rocky brought his knowledge to Tides Bar and Grill joining the team as head chef, His creativity, global experience, and commitment to quality transformed the kitchen and elevated the dinning experience.
By 2026, Rocky and Jeeva took the next step in their journey and purchased Tides Bar and Grill. Since then they've been adding their style into every corner of the restaurant from the menu to the atmosphere. making Tides a place that truly refects their shared passion for great food.
