One of the original owners of this beautifully maintained cottage was Henry Foreman Kernot who was followed by Henry William Kernot.  In 1909, one of the first commercial fisherman of Tooradin was born in the front room of this beautiful home.  Even in 1909, outer areas of the tiny cottage had dirt floors!  The Kernot family owned various properties around Tooradin and this particular one is now a successful Bed and Breakfast destination.  If you are looking for a charming little getaway with historical significance, this is the place for you.
